Job Description
Qonto is seeking a Customer Care Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through their account opening process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This role focuses on providing excellent support via email and phone, setting up internal processes, and identifying customer needs to improve the product and maintain a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and Flemish, and possesses strong customer service skills.
Requirements
- Experience with customer support or client challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
- Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch/Flemish.
- Knowledge of Zendesk, Notion, and Mayday tools.
