Job Description
This position is for a Head of Youth Services for a QNL, aiming to plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate library services for children and young adults. The role focuses on partnership development, community engagement, and continuous service improvement, with a strong emphasis on fostering a welcoming and inclusive library environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience (2 at a supervisor level).
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of international library trends and needs.
