The Career Programs & Services Officer will lead the career programs and services team, manage planning, implementation, and evaluation tasks, and oversee staff performance and development. They will also set and manage the career programs and services budget and revenue generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 8-10 years of relevant full-time work experience, 3 of which at a supervisory level
• Master’s degree in Career Development Management (preferred)
• Outstanding leadership, analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Outstanding interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Arabic proficiency (an advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Oracle ERP
