Qevlar is a B2B SaaS startup that strives to massively increase the productivity of cybersecurity teams. We develop AI Cybersecurity Analysts that augment Security Operations Centers (SOCs). We’re now looking for a Sales Engineer (Presales) to be the technical backbone of our sales team and help us drive high-impact customer engagements across EMEA.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally inside a SOC or in presales for SIEM/XDR/SOAR
- Strong understanding of alert triage, incident response, and SOC workflows
- Comfortable working with enterprise and MSSP environments
- Experience leading technical customer interactions (workshops, troubleshooting, POVs)
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms
- Familiarity with EDR/XDR stacks (CrowdStrike, Defender, SentinelOne, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SOAR / IR workflows
- Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, Postman, and basic scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
- Cloud concepts (GCP, Azure, AWS) and basic networking
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build technical champions
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience
