PurposeMed is looking for an Account Manager (340B) to join their growing Freddie USA team. As partnerships expand across states and community organizations, the ideal candidate will bridge data analysis, operational excellence, and partner relationship management. This role will be pivotal in ensuring Freddie's 340B partnerships are efficient, compliant, and performance-driven.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of professional experience in account management, partner success, operations, analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills including Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Exposure to the 340B Drug Pricing Program or healthcare reimbursement models (ideally 1+ years)
- The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable information for clients and internal teams
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and project management abilities
- A solutions-focused mindset, and the desire to work in a cross-functional team
- Clear communication—this position will require the ability to deeply understand the needs of a diverse mix of covered entities and communicate the value of Freddie USA's offerings
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Tenacity and drive—the ability to see challenges as opportunities and creatively overcome obstacles with a bias towards action
- A passion and interest in PurposeMed's mission in solving healthcare challenges for underserved communities
- The ability to travel occasionally (up to twice per month) across the US and Canada
