Job Description
This IT Service Manager position requires a passionate individual with a holistic service quality mindset and a keen eye for technical relationships. The role involves designing, managing, and continuously improving internal IT services, planning and implementing projects, and ensuring secure and efficient infrastructure. The company aims to deliver real value to their organization through effective IT processes.
Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science, economics informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT service management, preferably in the middle-sized organization in the focus on software development
- Sound knowledge of ITIL or FitSM (ideally certified)
- Clear technical understanding of modern, cloud-based IT infrastructures, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Endpoint Management
- Experience with the implementation of IT security requirements (e.g. ISO-27001)
- Experience in the control of external service providers
- Experience in the use of ITSM tools (e.g. Jira Service Management)
- Communication skills, organizational skills and high service orientation
