Job Description
Cognito LLC is seeking a Medical Records Technician to support the ICE Health Services Corps at the Montgomery Processing Center in Conroe, TX. The Medical Records Technician will be responsible for maintaining the electronic health record (eHR) for IHSC, including receiving, scanning, verifying, and filing medical documentation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Maintains Heartsaver CPR AED certification through the American Heart Association
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting as a Medical Record Technician, Unit Clerk, Medical Record Clerk, or similar position
- 1 year of direct experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
