Job Description
Prudential's Contract Officer, Customer Service Center (Cashier role) provides and processes information/payments in response to customers' enquiries and concerns effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
- Form 7 or above
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service Operations
- Good written/spoken English and Chinese (Including Mandarin)
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- MS Word and Excel
