Handle customer inquiries, resolve dissatisfaction, and provide quality services to agents and customers in Prudential's customer service hotline. Diploma required, 2-3 years of experience in general insurance industry preferred.
Requirements
- Diploma
- Professional insurance qualification or IIQE Paper I, II & III
- 2-3 years of working experience in general insurance industry
- Experience in customer services/call center
- Knowledge of general insurance products
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficiency in MS applications
