Job Description
Provado Mobile Health is seeking reliable and safe drivers to provide transportation for patients to and from medical appointments. Drivers can work independently, offering flexible schedules (Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm). The role involves providing on-demand transportation services for health plan members.
Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Hold a driver’s license for at least 2 years
- Have a clean, mid-size 4-door vehicle
- Pass a required vehicle inspection
- Pass a background check
- Complete TRAA certification courses
