Job Description
Provado Mobile Health is seeking reliable and safe drivers to provide transportation to and from medical appointments for health plan members. As independent contractors, drivers earn per trip, with earnings paid weekly via direct deposit. The role offers flexible schedules and the option to work independently.
Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Have a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle.
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 violations/accidents in the last 3 years.
- Complete background check.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain them).
- Pass the Passenger Service and Safety (PASS) online course.
- Pass the Driver Safety Course online.
