ProSidian Consulting is seeking a Survey and Research Programmer to support an engagement for a United States government agency responsible for consumer protection in the financial sector. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in conducting applied educational research, survey research, statistics, and sampling.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in conducting applied educational research, survey research, statistics, and sampling
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and written reports summarizing data collected
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to propose possible resolutions to complex managerial or operational problems
- Demonstrated expertise in knowledge management
- Excellent interpersonal skills, English verbal, written, editing, research, and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with high-level executives
- Encompassing knowledge of telephone surveys and moderation of on-line focus groups
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Extensive knowledge in the defined contribution arena
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
