ProSidian is a Management and Operations Consulting Firm seeking a Operations Research Assistant to support an engagement for an agency of the United States government. The successful candidate will assist the Operations Research Analyst with in-depth research, statistical analysis, and report writing to better understand consumer financial decision-making and develop innovative approaches to educate consumers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of experience with demonstrated understanding of conducting applied social science or educational research, survey research, analysis, and sampling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to propose possible resolutions to complex managerial or operational problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills, English verbal, written, editing, research, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
