Job Description
Propio Language Services is transforming communication by developing tools and technologies that make it easier and more efficient for clients to engage with the Limited English Proficiency Population to improve access to healthcare and essential services. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Localization Engineer to join our growing Translation/Localization team.
Requirements
- BS/BA in computer science or linguistics or similar
- 5-6 years experience in localization Engineering environment
- Experience with scripting/Macro creation
- Experience with Localization, Internationalization, Encoding etc
- Fluency in English and excellent verbal communications skills
- Experience with CAT tools and translation management systems
- Experience with systems integrations and APIs
- Experience with content management systems
- Familiarity with common text processing tools
- Experience with scripting languages and regular expressions
- Passion for language, linguistics, human language technology and AI
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with large teams
