Paraprofessional - Propel Braddock Hills Elementary School

Propel seeks a Paraprofessional for our Special Education Department. This position works for 200 days annually and provides academic, behavioral and social emotional support to scholars.

Requirements

• An Associate Degree or at least 48 college credits or completion of the ParaPro Test in lieu of college credits
• Education related Field or Work Experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a non-traditional, Urban education environment
• A positive, high-energy attitude
• Demonstrable ability to build relationships with students
• High level of personal organization and planning
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Willingness to participate in ongoing Professional Development
• A commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel
