Requirements
- Manage daily operations of the contingent workforce program, ensuring timely onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Serve as a primary operational liaison between internal stakeholders, staffing vendors, and the PEO to ensure seamless worker engagement and issue resolution.
- Maintain program documentation, process maps, and standard operating procedures.
- Support data accuracy, reporting, and analytics to drive program visibility, performance insights, and compliance monitoring.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Procurement teams to streamline workflows, standardize policies, and ensure consistent experiences across all engagements.
- Oversee vendor invoicing, purchase order tracking, and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and budget adherence.
- Assist in vendor performance reviews by collecting metrics and operational feedback.
- Contribute to system enhancements, including vendor management systems (VMS) and internal HR tools.
- Monitor regulatory and policy compliance across all contingent workforce operations.
