Professional Services Consultant - Data Security

We are a leader in human-centric cybersecurity and are seeking a Professional Services Consultant to oversee implementations and consultative engagements for our Data Security products. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to ensure successful service delivery and customer success to support deployment of Data Security products.

Requirements

• Working understanding of IT consulting or related fields
• Basic familiarity with Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Security, or Cloud Security concepts
• Basic understanding of cloud applications
• Exposure to Microsoft or Symantec DLP solutions is desirable
• Preferred experience in customer-facing role
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service, with the confidence to engage in-person and virtually
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion
