Construction Management Representative

Project Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Management Representative to oversee the construction of a 1,755 s.f. addition to a Child Development Center, with associated alterations and classroom improvements. This role requires close collaboration with CO and a commitment to upholding quality standards and safety regulations. The position is expected to be 12-18 months in duration.

Requirements

• Provide technical assistance and support to CO during construction.
• Read, interpret, and understand construction contract plans and specifications.
• Arrange, attend and facilitate meetings, including weekly project site meetings.
• Document issues encountered and problems experienced with the construction contractor.
• Review contractor's baseline and progress schedules.
• Draft project related correspondence for the client.
• Review and process RFIs and track follow-up.
• Inspect the work of the construction contractor and ensure compliance.
• Deliver reports, reviews, evaluations, and design work to CO.
