Job Description
Join a team of professionals who look to make a difference on projects both domestically and internationally. As a Construction Management Representative, you will support the construction, alteration, and expansion of an Air Force Child Development Center in North Charleston, SC.
Requirements
- 5+ years related Construction Management Experience
- OSHA 30-hour construction safety training
- Knowledge of construction practices, applicable building codes, safety regulations, cost estimating, and technical writing
- Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and specifications
- Written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of software including MS Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Primavera, AutoCad, BIM, and Revit
