A11 is seeking a Head/Project Lead Sales + GTM to lead and scale their sales and growth strategies across various industries. The role involves leading a team, driving complex projects, and partnering with fast-growing tech startups to shape the commercial vision of A11's growth companies. This is an opportunity to influence both the client and the team, contribute to innovation, and develop best practices in sales and growth strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of consulting experience within startups, mid-sized, PE-backed, or digital environments
- Proven leadership and people development skills
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of digital business models and digital transformation
- Highly driven and adaptable
