Job Description
SSG-Project 180 is seeking a Therapist to join their ICMS (Intensive Case Management Services) program. This role focuses on providing intensive, wraparound clinical services to high-need clients in the LA County jail system. Therapists will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate their progress toward permanent supportive housing.
Requirements
- Provide intensive, wraparound clinical services.
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Engage and collaborate with clients and the treatment team.
- Maintain accurate case notes and billing records.
- Participate in data collection.
- Maintain active license/registration.
- Valid CA driver’s license and proof of insurance.
