Job Description
ProgressSoft is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5-10 years of experience in banking and payment solutions sales in Saudi Arabia. The BDM will manage the full sales cycle, from cold calls to contracts and recurring maintenance, and will work with the banking and Financial Service Industry to understand customer needs and competitive landscape. This role requires strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales in Saudi Arabia, banking and financial sector
- Ability to deal with all levels of staff within an organization
