Job Description
ProgressSoft is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales of banking and payment solutions. The role involves building relationships with the banking and financial industry, managing the sales cycle from cold calls to signing contracts and recurring maintenance, and conducting market analysis. The BDM will also report to the Banking and Financial Services Industry.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales in African English speaking countries, especially banking and financial sectors.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Ability to deal with all levels of staff and manage negotiations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Very good understanding of banking and payments systems.
