Job Description
As the VP of Operations, you will lead ProCaps Laboratories' manufacturing and operational functions, leveraging your engineering, manufacturing, and operations expertise to deliver excellence in quality, efficiency, and customer fulfillment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
- Proven senior leadership experience in nutraceutical, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role with multi-site responsibility
- Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing operations, including new facility start-ups, expansions, or greenfield builds
