Job Description
The Vice President, Operations will oversee and optimize global operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, to drive efficiency, improve processes, and ensure high standards of quality and excellence.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience leading manufacturing, supply chain, and quality in a similar manufacturing environment
- Expertise in driving process improvement and operational excellence
- 5 years in a global VP role
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred, other degrees and commensurate experience considered
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
