Join a motivated team and become part of our treatment center for LVB+ youth/young adults at De Schar in Schagen. As a Client Manager, you will guide young people and/or young adults with a mild intellectual disability and additional problems. You will ensure a safe living environment, provide safety, stability, and clarity, and motivate the young people to start their day and respond to their needs.

• Have a relevant HBO or MBO 3/4 diploma
• Have demonstrated work experience or affinity with the target group or related target groups in the VG sector and/or youth care
