MBO 3 care diploma, good communication skills, flexible work attitude, and ability to ensure and maintain the continuity and quality of care

Completed care education (mbo 3, 4 or hbo) and robust personality with a calm head in challenging situations

Higher professional education and experience with setting up and guiding learning trajectories

Care education at MBO level 3 or 4, experience with LVB, MVB, attachment, and behavioral problems, and ability to act professionally in complex situations

Experience with cooking and/or food guidance, relevant education, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently

At least MBO level 4 or HBO diploma in healthcare, 2+ years of work experience in a comparable, intensive care environment, and passion for the profession
