We are looking for a Client or Management Guide to join our team on the Dolomites in Assendelft. The successful candidate will provide care and guidance to our clients with varying needs, including those with intellectual disabilities.

Requirements

• MBO level 2 (Care and Guidance Employee) level 3 (Client Guide) or level 4 (Management Guide) in a relevant care education
• Demonstrated experience in drafting, implementing, and evaluating client plans
• Familiarity with Give Me The Five and Gentle Teaching (or the motivation to learn this)
• Enthusiastic, independent, flexible, and action-oriented
• Strong skills to connect with clients, colleagues, and the client's network
