Job Description
Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Professional III to join our client, a top financial institution. The role involves managing customer service, meeting client needs, and answering calls. The contract period is 6 months with potential to extend or convert.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- University or College degree
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in Customer Service
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Bilingual - fully bilingual in French and English (read/write/speak in French/English)
- Tech Savvy experience with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to navigate between multiple applications confidently
- Experience with Salesforce
- Background in Group Benefits
- Previous experience in a contact centre, insurance or group benefits
