Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Professional III to join a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. The contract period is 4 months with potential to extend or convert.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education with industry certification is preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 Year of Work experience in contact centre is necessary
• Must be fully and fluently Bilingual (French/English), in both verbal and written proficiency, in both French and English
• Customer service focus and skills
• Knowledge of our business policies, procedures, and concepts
