Job Description
We are searching for an Associate Attorney to oversee plaintiffs' civil litigation cases, manage a caseload in personal injury and property damage litigation claims, and represent clients during pre-trials, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from a recognized law school
- Active license to practice in Florida
- 2-10 years of demonstrable experience in plaintiff litigation
- Sharp analytical, negotiation, and research abilities
- Documented success in verdicts and settlements
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a team
