Job Description
Prime Data Centers is seeking a Construction Project Manager for its Data Centers division. The PM is responsible for leading and managing sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining project quality. The role involves collaborating with various departments and contractors to deliver projects in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Requirements
- Manage multi-phased projects
- Provide communication with project team
- Collaborate with EH&S Officer
- Provide schedule input and communication impacts
- Review RFI's and submittals
- Create and monitor budget and cost-to-date variance budget
- Travel up to 50%
