Job Description
Prime Data Centers is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a data center, working with a private firm specializing in data center operations. This role involves leading and managing multiple phases of construction projects, ensuring quality, on-time completion, and adherence to budgetary and schedule constraints. The PM collaborates with various departments and contractors to deliver dynamic leasing models.
Requirements
- Manage multi-phased projects to achieve schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Provide appropriate communication with project team
- Collaborate with EH&S Officer
- Support development of GC RFP’s
- Create and monitor project budget and cost-to-date variance budget
- Travel up to 30%
- Effective presentation development and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar.
