Prewave is seeking an ambitious and data-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead their growth strategy across digital channels. The company utilizes AI solutions to improve supply chain resilience, transparency, and sustainability, partnering with industry leaders like BMW and Porsche. The role involves scaling digital customer acquisition, defining and executing performance marketing strategies, driving website and SEO initiatives, and building an experimentation and analytics framework.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B digital/performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech scale-ups
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Strong experience managing budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and remarketing platforms
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, attribution models, conversion metrics, CAC, LTV, and ROI reporting
- Proficient in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics and other relevant MarTech solutions.
- A track record of measurable pipeline contribution through scalable growth initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation, and constant iteration
- Experience with marketing in complex or technical B2B environments is a strong plus
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams
- Fluent in both English and German
- Valid work permit for Austria/Germany
