Job Description
This Head of Digital Marketing role involves strategic and operational leadership of the entire digital marketing team. The individual will focus on developing and optimizing campaigns across various channels, product portfolio management, and content creation, using data-driven strategies and AI tools. They will also own the product range and work closely with other teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Completed study in Marketing, Communications, Media or Economics, or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, ideally in a SaaS, e-commerce or platform company
- Solid knowledge in: Performance Marketing (SEA, Paid Social, Retargeting, Display), SEO & Content Marketing, Marketing Automation & CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Brevo), Analytics & Tracking (e.g. Google Analytics), Email & Lifecycle Marketing
- Basic understanding of UX, Conversion Design or A/B Testing
- Experience with AI for Marketing & Content Creation
- Very good German and English skills
