Requirements

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases).
• Understand technical requirements for positions in civil, mechanical, electrical, and related disciplines.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future construction projects.
• Conduct reference checks and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other documentation as per company policies.
