Recruiter -Remote

Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking experienced Recruiters to join a client in the construction industry within the GCC region. The role involves sourcing and onboarding candidates for projects, managing the end-to-end onboarding process, and ensuring high-quality hires. This is a remote position requiring a strong candidate pipeline and proficiency in MS Office and ATS systems.

Requirements

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for construction and engineering roles
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring managers
• Maintain and update a strong candidate pipeline
• Conduct reference checks and ensure timely communication with candidates
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other documentation
• Coordinate joining formalities with HR, admin, and project management teams
• Maintain employee records and prepare regular onboarding status reports.
