Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring experienced Recruiters for a client in the construction industry within the GCC region. This role focuses on sourcing or onboarding candidates for technical and project-based roles, with a strong emphasis on remote management and candidate delivery. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience
• Proven expertise in sourcing technical and site-based professionals.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume recruitment remotely.
• Must be currently based in the GCC (Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, or Kuwait).
