Requirements
- Inspection of trailers to ensure safety and compliance with Federal Highway Guidelines and industry regulations
- Generating customer rental agreements
- Coordinating work with vendors and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Managing equipment inventory and reconciling daily gate activity
- Assisting with transportation of equipment between branches and to customers and vendors
- Ensuring customers have proper insurance before renting a trailer
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable collections
- Performing daily administrative tasks and filing
- Providing company-paid travel to support other Premier branch locations nationwide
- Answering phones and responding to customer emails and questions
