Job Description
The Operations Assistant is responsible for coordinating inspections, processing returns, tracking fleet vehicles, and providing backup support for Service Advisor and various other assistant tasks. The ideal candidate should have previous assistant experience in the service industry and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Must be a self-starter able to work with limited supervision.
- Must be able to work in a high volume fast-paced environment.
- Must be a strong communicator with good customer service skills.
- Must be able to work additional hours as needed to meet business and customer demands.
- Proficient computer technology skills, including MS-Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be organized and be able to interact with coworkers.
