Job Description
Premier Trailer Leasing is seeking a forward-thinking Manager of National Account Operations to provide leadership and customer service to national accounts. Requirements
- 3 - 5 years working in operations and/or experience in the trucking industry, rental or customer service environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field plus 3 - 5 years’ previous experience working in operations and/or experience in the trucking industry, rental or customer service environments.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to meet/exceed expectations.
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with third-party billing systems and collection processes.
