We're looking for a highly skilled 3rd Line Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic Technical Services Team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in 3rd line technical support
- Strong knowledge of networking (SD-WAN, Aruba/Cisco), firewalls (Fortinet), and WiFi infrastructure
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies (AD, MECM, InTune, AutoPilot), Okta, and AWS
- Hands-on experience with VMWare/Nutanix, scripting (PowerShell), and certificate management
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work autonomously
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and experience in manufacturing environments
- Degree-level education preferred
