Job Description
ARRISE is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their global team. This role focuses on recruiting Technical & Operational talent across various departments (Audio Visual, Corporate Services, Fraud & Risk), supporting product leadership, and managing the entire hiring process. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on Technical or Operational roles
- Background in agency and in-house recruitment (preferred)
- Proven success in hiring for various roles (e.g., Electrical Engineers, CCTV Specialists)
- Experience with international and cross-border recruitment
- Knowledge of niche sourcing platforms and country specific job boards
- Strong business and commercial awareness
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Jobvite) a plus
