Job Description
ARRISE is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale their global teams. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for Studio Production, Corporate Services, and Fraud & Risk, partnering with product leadership to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders and track recruitment metrics to build strong relationships with senior leaders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on Technical or Operational roles.
- Background in agency and in-house recruitment is a strong advantage.
- Proven success in hiring for roles such as Electrical Engineers, Audio Visual Technicians, CCTV Specialists, and Risk and Fraud Analysts.
- Experience with international and cross-border recruitment.
- Knowledge of niche sourcing platforms and country-specific job boards.
- Strong business and commercial awareness.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Jobvite preferred).
