Job Description
Praecipio is seeking a Contract Agile Coach with a strong SAFe background to help clients transform their organizations into intelligent enterprises. This role involves leading Agile/SAFe transformations, leveraging analytics, and delivering strategic value. The position is pivotal in building organizational capabilities and ensuring client success.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an Agile role (e.g., Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach).
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale Agile/SAFe transformations.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles and practices.
- Certifications (SAFe, Agile Coaching, Project Management, Change Management, or relevant professional certifications).
- Strong technical and business acumen.
- Proficiency with enterprise Agile tools (Jira Align, Azure DevOps).
- Strong systems thinking and understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Knowledge of Lean-Agile principles.
