Job Description
ClearlyAgile is seeking an Enterprise Agile Coach to help deliver key deliverables and guide clients through their agile transformation. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and facilitating teams, and contributing to the development of agile standards and best practices. The ideal candidate is passionate about agile methodologies, enjoys coaching others, and values client success.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience implementing Scrum or Kanban from the ground up for multiple teams
- 3+ years Agile Coaching experience, coaching multiple teams in principles of Agile and practices of Scrum / Kanban
- Proven knowledge of Agile at scale application
- Passion for Agile practices and principles
- Self-starter with Consultant Mentality
- Strong communication and presentation skills
