Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment
- Strong ability to define and execute product strategy, balancing long-term mission with immediate business needs
- Deep understanding of customer pain points and a passion for solving complex banking challenges
- Experience in running product discovery and defining success metrics to measure impact
- Experience in payments, banking, or financial technology, with a deep understanding of banking models and operations
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams
- Expertise in leveraging data insights to optimize product performance
- Ability to create and track product metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation
- Ability to influence and inspire teams, drive collaboration, and generate buy-in for product initiatives
- Proven track record of working closely with engineering, finance, and operational teams to deliver impactful solutions
