Health Center Associate I (HCA I) performs a wide variety of functions, including providing customer service, patient care, and supporting health center operations. The role is critical in shaping the experience of patients and is an advocate for Planned Parenthood's mission. Responsibilities include registering patients, handling requests for patient medical records, and ensuring all patients receive unbiased patient support and assistance.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• One to two years customer service experience
• Hepatitis B vaccination records and titers
• Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccination records or proof of immunization
• Chicken Pox vaccination records or proof of immunization
• Tetanus shot documentation
• Tuberculosis PPD Skin Test that is no older than 12 months
