High school diploma or equivalent education, current BLS certificate, and RDMS certification or equivalent
Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse – Lincoln, NE
High school diploma or equivalent, completion of a Medical Assisting diploma program, or current EMT/Paramedic licensure, or six months experience as an HCA2 at PPNCS
Health Center Associate I (HCA I) – Rochester, MN
High school diploma and one to two years of customer service experience
Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse – Brooklyn Park, MN
Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse certification, completion of a Medical Assisting diploma program or Associate degree in Medical Assisting, and current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certificate for healthcare providers
Nurse Practitioner – Rochester, MN
Active, unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse and APN, current national board-certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or a Physician Assistant, DEA license or ability to obtain at hire, and enrollment in Controlled Substance Monitoring Program
