Job Description
PostHog is seeking a Technical Onboarding Specialist to help customers maximize their value from their platform, PostHog. The role focuses on understanding customer usage, setting them up for success, and identifying opportunities for automation. The team is remote and distributed, with current sessions in GMT-8 and GMT+2.
Requirements
- Ability to understand PostHog’s products and core functionalities, including Feature Flags and Data Warehouse.
- Strong customer focus and ability to remove blockers to product adoption.
- Commercially-minded and able to generate revenue growth and retention strategies.
- Experience onboarding customers to technical products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
